# DFBRIS - Almost ready for the release of 3.0.0

Hi, I have made a lot of progress since my last post. There is a new routing engine (but it was made by chatgpt 🫩🫩🫩), an Apple Watch app and a brand new reservation system ([RezSys 2](https://www.dopravnifotoakce.cz/rezsys2)).

The new routing engine is running completely inside the app, it just needs to download the [IDSJMK GTFS Dataset](https://data.brno.cz/datasets/379d2e9a7907460c8ca7fda1f3e84328/about). Because of that it is not very fast and as you could see it also sometimes generates absolute garbage...

The new [RezSys 2](https://www.dopravnifotoakce.cz/rezsys2) reservation system is complete and most features are implemented in the new version.

There is now an Apple Watch companion app which can show you your tickets, nearby departures and the last searched connection from the iOS app. Because of problems with sideloading on Apple Watch you will have to compile the watch app yourself.

With all that, I hope for a release in late March or early April.

There is also an event coming with DFB but I can't share the details.
